About the client:
Our client is a fast - growing investment platform / fintech based in Mumbai, looking to hire a Head of Marketing for their business. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth, manage the marketing team, and oversee all marketing activities in driving broking customer acquisition pan India
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and spearhead the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy across digital, direct, and partnership channels to fuel business growth
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead and manage teams, collaborate with other departments, and analyze performance to ensure targets are met.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Establishing strong relationships with internal and external partners to support customer acquisition efforts.
- Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in the financial industry.
Education :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the broking or financial services industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage budgets and work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer acquisition, relationship management, and product marketing.
