Job Summary:
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth across all channels - retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and international markets. This role demands deep knowledge of the apparel industry, consumer behavior, digital and traditional marketing, and fashion trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy in line with the company's business objectives.
- Lead the Sales function in line with the strategy to be evolved in consultation with the CEO
- Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and sales teams to align marketing with product offerings and market demands.
- Coordination with external agencies in line with Company's objectives. Conduct market analysis and consumer research to identify trends, preferences, and competitor activity.
- Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Brand Management
- Build and strengthen brand identity and positioning in the domestic and international markets.
- Oversee brand communication across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in tone, design, and messaging.
Digital & E-Commerce Marketing
- Drive and strategize email campaigns, social media, influencer marketing and paid a Advertising.
- Collaborate with e-commerce teams to optimize conversion rates, online sales, and customer engagement.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions across various channels.
Retail & Visual Merchandising Support
- Support retail marketing efforts including in-store promotions, events, POP displays and visual merchandising guidelines.
Public Relations & Events
- Manage PR strategy, media relations, and fashion events to boost brand visibility.
- Build relationships with fashion influencers, stylists, and fashion media.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven spending.
- Forecast and allocate resources effectively for campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful brand and performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience with omnichannel marketing, digital platforms, and modern marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of style and trend awareness.
