- Create marketing programs to increase marketing excellence and capabilities - Partner with BU Heads to develop a plan, and ensure achievement of priorities through superior performance of marketers - Provide guidance around the strategy implementation - Design marketing research agenda for key projects - Firm up market research plan for key projects - Manage creative/ research agencies for designing project protocols, scope of work, retainer fees, contracts, etc. - Support businesses in creating impactful campaigns for the proposed projects - Ensure implementation of proposed recommendations - Work closely with Digital Marketing Team to drive CRM, Web Marketing initiatives - Drive Closed Loop Marketing through tech enabled services - Focus on increasing engagement through innovative digital services by mapping gaps across customer journey. - Design and execute the programs which includes ongoing development of skill based training modules for marketers across levels - Collaborate with marketing teams to identify internal and external sources of expertise in marketing fundamentals - Develop and deliver Train the Trainer programs onthe content
