Job Description:


1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Lead brand positioning, market expansion, and customer acquisition initiatives.

- Translate organizational vision into actionable marketing plans with measurable ROI.


2. Brand Management & Communication:

- Strengthen brand equity through consistent messaging, storytelling, and visual identity.

- Oversee corporate communications, PR campaigns, media relations, and internal branding.

- Ensure a strong digital and social media presence aligned with the companys voice and tone.


3. Digital Marketing & Growth:

- Drive performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising to increase visibility and lead generation.

- Oversee analytics-driven campaigns across digital channels website, email, social media, and paid media.

- Leverage marketing automation tools and data insights for personalized customer engagement.


4. Product & Market Strategy:

- Collaborate with product, sales, and business development teams to define go-to-market strategies.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior studies to identify new opportunities.

- Lead product positioning and pricing strategies based on market dynamics.


5. Team Leadership & Development:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team across digital, brand, and content functions.

- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and accountability.

- Manage external agencies, vendors, and strategic partnerships for effective campaign execution.


6. Budgeting & ROI Management:

- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets.

- Track marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and overall return on marketing investments.

- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.

Qualifications & Experience:


- Education: MBA (Marketing) / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Energy Systems preferred)


- Experience: Minimum 20 years in electronics / solar / power sector with at least 10 years in a leadership role
