As the Head Of Marketing , you will be a key driver of our brands growth and market presence. This role requires an exceptional leader who can blend strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including brand strategy, demand generation, and communication. The ideal candidate is a master of both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) activities, a problem solver with frugal thinking, and a proven leader who can inspire teams to achieve remarkable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand and drive demand generation.

- Spearhead both ATL and BTL marketing initiatives to reach diverse audiences effectively.

- Serve as a key advisor to the executive team on marketing trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Brand Management:

- Shape and protect the brand, ensuring consistency across all channels.

- Oversee the creation and deployment of impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

- Utilize market research and data analytics to refine messaging and positioning.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Build cross-functional collaboration within the marketing team and with other departments.

- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to drive accountability and success within the team.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget with a focus on frugal thinking and maximizing ROI.

- Optimize resource allocation across various marketing channels to ensure cost-effectiveness.

- Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget.

Integrated Campaign Execution:

- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

- Leverage both digital and traditional media to create cohesive and compelling marketing efforts.

- Continuously test, measure, and refine campaigns to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Market and Competitor Analysis:


- Stay ahead of market trends and shifts in the EdTech sector

- Conduct thorough analysis of competitors' marketing strategies and adjust approach accordingly.

- Utilize insights from data and analytics to guide marketing decisions and strategy.

Problem Solving and Innovation:


- Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset, identifying innovative solutions that drive growth.

- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, where new ideas and approaches are tested and adopted.

- Promote frugal thinking, ensuring that all marketing efforts are both effective and cost-efficient.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or Masters degree preferred.

- Over 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on ATL and

BTL activities.

- Proven track record of driving growth and brand success within the EdTech or similar sectors.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.

- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.

- Mastery of digital marketing, brand management, and integrated campaign execution.

- Frugal thinker with a passion for optimizing resources to achieve maximum impact.
