About the Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and growth-oriented Marketing Head to lead Digital and Performance Marketing for a fast-scaling D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) platform based in NCR.
The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketing leader with proven expertise in customer acquisition, retention, and ROI optimization across all digital channels.
This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role, responsible for developing, executing, and scaling integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
You will lead the marketing function end-to-end spanning performance marketing, brand strategy, digital campaigns, CRM, content, and customer lifecycle management while collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and drive the comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals for acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Own the marketing P&L, optimizing media spends and ensuring strong ROI across all channels.
- Build a scalable digital ecosystem, integrating performance marketing, brand storytelling, and customer engagement.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across search, social, programmatic, influencer, affiliate, and content marketing.
- Oversee brand positioning and communication strategy to build strong online identity and trust among customers.
Performance & Digital Marketing:
- Lead data-led customer acquisition through platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Affiliate, and Programmatic networks.
- Optimize CAC, LTV, and retention metrics by leveraging analytics, cohort studies, and marketing automation.
- Implement A/B testing, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization to maximize conversions and ROI.
- Evaluate emerging platforms and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in digital innovation.
CRM, Retention & Customer Experience:
- Build and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer retention, repeat purchases, and loyalty.
- Develop personalized lifecycle journeys through segmentation, automation, and omnichannel engagement (Email, WhatsApp, SMS, App Push).
- Collaborate with the product and CX teams to enhance customer experience, NPS, and brand advocacy.
Content & Brand Strategy:
- Lead the content marketing and social storytelling strategy across owned and earned channels.
- Drive collaborations with creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors to build awareness and engagement.
- Ensure cohesive brand voice across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Team & Agency Management:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of experimentation and accountability.
- Manage relationships with digital agencies, media partners, and creative vendors, ensuring timely delivery and performance outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 10- 15 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles at D2C, eCommerce, or digital-first organizations.
- Proven expertise in performance marketing, brand strategy, and CRM-driven growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, customer funnels, attribution models, and growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, ROAS).
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, HubSpot, Clevertap, MoEngage, and CRM/Automation platforms.
- Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in team building, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications; MBA preferred
