Job Title: Head of Marketing (Digital & AI-Driven, On Premise/ Customer touch points)
Working Days- 6 Days a Week
Role Overview:
We are looking for a forward-thinking Head of Marketing who combines creative brand leadership with deep digital expertise and strong AI adoption capabilities.
A marketing leader who deeply understands and has hands-on experience in building and scaling an umbrella (branded house) architecture
This role will drive end-to-end marketing strategy, customer acquisition, and brand growth using data, automation, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the overall marketing vision, strategy, and growth roadmap
- Develop and manage a master brand strategy under which multiple sub-brands, formats, or experiences operate
- Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and positioning across all verticals
- Build a consumer-first, data-driven marketing engine
- Align marketing goals with business revenue, footfall, and customer lifetime value
2. Digital Marketing Excellence:
Lead all digital channels:
- Performance marketing (Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic)
- SEO/ASO strategy
- Social media growth & engagement
- CRM & lifecycle marketing (Email, WhatsApp, push)
Optimize CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels, and retention metrics
3. AI-Driven Marketing Transformation:
Implement AI tools for:
- Customer segmentation & personalization
- Predictive analytics (demand, churn, campaign performance)
- Automated campaign optimization
- Content generation (ads, creatives, copy)
Leverage tools like:
- Generative AI for creative production
- AI-based media buying & audience targeting
- Build an AI-first marketing stack
4. Brand & Creative Leadership:
Develop a strong, differentiated brand identity and different amusement and FEC formats
Lead campaigns for:
- Product launches
- Seasonal/high-revenue events
- Experience-driven storytelling
Ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints
5. Data & Analytics:
Own marketing dashboards & KPIs:
- Revenue contribution
- Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Lifetime value (LTV)
- Channel performance
Drive decision-making through real-time analytics and insights
6. Growth & Partnerships:
Identify growth opportunities:
- Influencer marketing
- Strategic brand collaborations
- Affiliate & partnerships ecosystem
Drive offline-to-online integration (O2O) for footfall businesses
7. Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performance marketing team
Manage agencies (digital, creative, media, PR)
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and speed
Key Skills & Competencies:
Must-Have:
- Strong expertise in digital performance marketing
- Hands-on understanding of AI tools in marketing
Deep knowledge of:
- Marketing automation platforms
- Data analytics tools (GA4, CRM dashboards)
Proven track record of scaling revenue through digital channels
Good-to-Have:
- Experience in entertainment, retail, QSR, or consumer businesses
- Exposure to omnichannel marketing (online + offline integration)
- Familiarity with MarTech& AI ecosystem
Experience & Qualification:
7 - 10 years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing preferred
Experience in high-growth or multi-location businesses is a plus
KPIs / Success Metrics:
- Revenue growth & marketing contribution %
- Customer acquisition & retention rates
- ROAS & campaign efficiency
- Brand awareness & engagement metrics
- AI adoption impact (cost reduction / efficiency gain)
