Job Description: - Own the overall marketing strategy and D2C growth agenda. - Drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention and repeat purchase across digital channels. - Lead performance marketing across paid media and other digital acquisition channels, with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS and overall marketing efficiency. - Build the brand through content, social media, influencer marketing, campaigns and relevant partnerships. - Own key D2C metrics including revenue, CAC, ROAS, conversion, AOV, retention and LTV. - Develop consumer insights and translate them into relevant marketing campaigns and initiatives. - Drive CRM and lifecycle marketing to improve customer retention and repeat purchases. - Work closely with creative teams and agencies to build a strong and differentiated brand presence. - Identify new opportunities across marketplaces, partnerships and digital channels to scale the business. - Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams across product, sales, e-commerce and operations. - Build and manage the marketing team and external agency ecosystem as the business scales.
