We are hirining for a fast-growing D2C wellness company building globally- oriented brands with a focus on health, lifestyle, and consumer- experience. The business operates a portfolio of digital- first health brands sold via DTC, Amazon, and retail, and is now expanding aggressively in the US market.

We are looking for a brand- first Head of Marketing who can bring an aesthetic and discipline to how we build and communicate our brands internationally.

Role Overview:

You will be the chief brand and marketing leader for the US business, responsible for shaping the brand platform, driving growth, and building a strong, design- driven consumer experience. You will own the US brand strategy, positioning, and marketing execution across DTC, Amazon, social, content, and performance channels.

This is not just a performance- marketing role; it is a brand- building leadership role where craft, creativity, and discipline matter as much as CAC and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning:

- Define and evolve the US brand platform (purpose, positioning, personality, visual & verbal identity).

- Ensure brand consistency across website, DTC store, Amazon, social media, packaging, retail, and PR.

- Translate the ambition into clear brand guidelines and customer- experience principles.

US Marketing & Growth:

- Own the US marketing P&L and budget allocation across performance, brand, and content.

Lead integrated campaigns across:

- Paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, CTV, DSPs).

- SEO / SEM - Amazon (A+ content, listings, Sponsored brands, Vine, etc.). Email, SMS, and CRM. PR, influencer, and creator partnerships.

- Optimize for CAC, ROAS, LTV, and repurchase, while protecting brand equity.

Consumer & Category Strategy:

- Deep-dive into US wellness trends (gut health, immunity, hormones, sleep, weight, etc.) and turn them into positioning and messaging.

- Partner with product, R&D, and regulatory teams to shape product roadmap, benefits storytelling, and evidence- backed claims.

- Conduct consumer research and community listening to refine brand narrative and product- line strategy.

Content & Community:

- Build and lead a US- centric content engine across:

- Organic social (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).

- Blog, SEO-driven educational content, and long- form guides.

- Video, UGC, and creator campaigns.

- Establish a community- first brand via social engagement, email, loyalty, and advocacy programs to drive word- of- mouth and repeat purchases.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Work closely with product, design, UX, supply- chain, and operations to ensure timely US launches and GTM readiness.

- Lead a small but high- impact US- marketing team (performance, content, designer, UA / channel- specific specialists) as the business scales.

AI- First, Data- Driven Execution:

- Leverage AI and automation tools for creative testing, copy- generation, and personalization at scale.

- Build a test- and- learn culture where brand- building and performance are measured rigorously and iteratively.

What We're Looking For - Profile

Background & Experience:

- 8-12 years of experience in brand-building and marketing, with at least 3-5 years in D2C, consumer- goods, or health- tech brands.

- Strong exposure to US- based consumers and markets (US- facing brand or global brand with US P&L responsibility).

- Startup or fast- scaling environment experience preferred; comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and lean operations.

Skills & Mindset:

Brand- first, not performance- first:

- You have built or scaled a brand with limited budgets

- Comfortable with zero- to- one projects: building systems, funnels, and playbooks from scratch.

AI-and-data- savvy:

- Culture Fit

- Detail-oriented but outcome- driven: You obsess over brand craft but are accountable for growth and ROI.

- Founder-adjacent: You propose, test, and move fast rather than waiting for permission.

- Collaborative: You see yourself as a bridge between brand, product, design, and growth, not a siloed marketer.
