Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Strategy:
- Own and drive the overall marketing vision and strategy.
- Build a strong, differentiated brand in the women's wellness space.
- Lead brand positioning, communication strategy, and storytelling across channels.
- Manage brand campaigns, product launches, and integrated marketing initiatives.
Digital & D2C Growth:
- Lead digital marketing across performance channels (paid social, search, influencers, affiliates).
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing for D2C.
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel conversion metrics.
- Work closely with product and growth teams to scale online revenue.
Content & Community:
- Oversee content strategy across social media, website, CRM, and marketplaces.
- Build a strong community-led and influencer-driven marketing ecosystem.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with founders, leadership, product, and sales teams.
- Manage agency partners, media agencies, and external stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in D2C marketing, preferably in women-focused or lifestyle brands.
- Proven expertise in both brand marketing and digital/performance marketing.
- Experience scaling consumer brands in a high-growth environment.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and execution skills.
- Creative thinker with a deep understanding of modern marketing trends.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
