Description:


- 10 TO 15 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, in D2C omni channel (both offline retail and e-commerce) or consumer brands


- Ideally working as the head of marketing handling both ATL and BTL activities


- Experience scaling brands across digital and offline channels


- Track record of building high-impact marketing teams and platforms


- Strong D2C omni-channel marketing expertise


- Proven brand-identity building and growth marketing experience


- Deep understanding of digital marketing, marketplaces, and CRM


- Strong analytical mindset with ROI and performance orientation


- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills


- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment


Marketing Strategy & Leadership:


- Define and execute the overall marketing vision and roadmap aligned with business growth objectives.


- Build a full-funnel marketing strategy covering awareness, acquisition, engagement, retention, and advocacy.


- Lead and mentor a multi-functional marketing team across brand, performance, CRM, content, and partnerships.


Brand & Communication:


- Own the brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.


- Drive integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, influencer, offline, and experiential channels.


- Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across platforms.


Performance & Growth Marketing:


- Lead digital performance marketing (paid search, social, marketplaces, affiliates) with strong ROI focus.


- Own customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, LTV, and funnel conversion metrics.


- Scale growth through experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization.


Omni-Channel & Marketplace Marketing:


- Develop tailored marketing strategies for D2C platforms, marketplaces, and offline channels.


- Collaborate with category and sales teams on launch campaigns, promotions, and seasonal pushes.


- Drive traffic, conversion, and sell-through across channels while maintaining pricing and brand integrity.


Customer Retention & CRM:


- Build and scale CRM and lifecycle marketing across email, WhatsApp, push, SMS, and loyalty programs.


- Improve repeat purchase rates, engagement, and customer lifetime value (LTV).


- Leverage first-party data to personalize communication and offers.


Data, Analytics & Marketing ROI:


- Establish strong marketing analytics, dashboards, and attribution models.


- Track and optimize marketing spends to ensure high ROI and business impact.


- Use consumer insights to continuously refine marketing strategy.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Partner closely with product, category, supply chain, tech, finance, and CX teams.


- Support new product launches, category growth, and expansion initiatives.


- Work with leadership on business planning and growth forecasting.


Budget & Agency Management:


- Own the annual marketing budget, allocation, and performance tracking.


- Manage external agencies, media partners, creators, and vendors.


- Ensure cost efficiency without compromising impact.
