A well-capitalized, early-stage startup in the rapidly growing spirituality-tech sector is looking for a Head of Marketing to join the leadership team and build a scalable, high-performing marketing function from the ground up.

About the Role

This is a critical leadership role for a sharp, data-driven marketer with a proven track record in driving performance-led growth. As Head of Marketing, you will own the full marketing funnelwith performance marketing as your core strength, while also shaping our brand identity and content strategy.

You will work closely with the Founder-CEO, product, and operations teams to acquire, engage, and retain customers in a category-defining business. Your work will directly influence topline growth and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Leadership:

- Lead strategy and execution for paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, affiliate, and influencer channels. Own key metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and drive efficient scaling.

Growth Infrastructure:

- Build and optimize the entire growth engineincluding attribution, automation, funnels, CRM, and retention. Set up systems for daily experimentation and performance tracking.

Content & Brand Strategy:

- Define and oversee the brand voice, storytelling, and content strategy. Partner with internal teams and external creators to deliver cohesive, consumer-first narratives.

Team Building & Leadership:

- Hire and lead a high-performing marketing team, including performance marketers, content creators, and brand strategists. Foster a culture of creativity, speed, and accountability.

Customer Obsession:

- Champion the voice of the customer. Use insights, feedback, and data to craft sharper messaging, creative strategies, and market positioning.

Ideal Profile

- 1015 years of experience in high-growth consumer startups (D2C/B2C) with significant time spent in performance marketing leadership roles.

- Demonstrated ability to scale paid marketing budgets with a sharp eye on ROI and efficiency.

- Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to drive execution and lead cross-functional collaboration.

- Deep understanding of the Indian digital consumer, their behaviors, and how to market to them across platforms.

- Experience managing teams and agencies while building systems from scratch.

- MBA from a Tier 1 B-School preferred.

- Mumbai-based or willing to relocate; this is a Work From Office role.
