Job Summary:
The person will lead the brand-building and marketing strategies the company . The ideal candidate will be responsible Conceptualising and executing marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong creative instincts, analytical skills, and a passion for delivering impactful results in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning and market share.
- Identify and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to align brand initiatives with business goals.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and outdoor advertising. Oversee the development of creative assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
New Product Launches:
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including marketing materials, promotions, and PR strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to ensure a seamless go-to-market strategy.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize the brand's online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to improve ROI.
Consumer Insights:
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends. Translate insights into actionable strategies to enhance brand performance.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor key brand performance metrics (awareness, preference, and loyalty) and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Recommend adjustments to strategies based on data-driven insights.
