Job Role :

- Monitor the execution of product-specific Branding initiatives to ensure adherence to the planned strategy

- Provide design and direction for collateral, web, product packaging, stationery, and other visual communications media for the company

- Ensure all product-related branding and promotions are in line with the overall Branding guidelines for the organization

- Visualize and develop concepts or themes as per the requirements of various promotion campaigns related to different brands and track the effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required

- Brainstorm on the detailing of the theme and concept of the program and providing directives to the team

- Ensure creative resources are available to develop the appropriate creative content for sales and sponsorship related to activities for the brands business

- Set up frameworks/ techniques for evaluation of the effectiveness of Marketing and Promotion initiatives and build improvements in the strategy based on the same

- Ensure timely resolution of queries raised by Advertising Agencies/ External Consultants/ Media Partners regarding bill payments

- Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities

- Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.

- Managing communications spending and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets

- Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand

- Understanding the requirements of promotional materials, packaging design and labelling, advertisements, exhibition materials, etc.

- Coordinate with vendors and various agencies for activity planning and execution

- Coordinate with Lead Branding and sales and marketing regional heads for approvals
