- Build and manage an advanced data-driven marketing framework, leveraging analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools to deliver personalized and measurable customer experiences.
- Champion the adoption of emerging technologies in marketing, such as AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics, to optimize campaigns and customer engagement.
- Co-define the organization's digital roadmap in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Integrated Marketing Communication:
- Design and manage 360-degree marketing campaigns that seamlessly integrate ATL, BTL, and digital strategies to maximize impact.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to conceptualize and develop compelling marketing communication strategies.
- Manage media planning and buying in coordination with media agencies, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Develop marketing campaigns that align with the company's brand purpose.
- Partner with organizations and brands committed to shared values for co-branding opportunities that enhance brand purpose and customer trust.
Customer Engagement & Experiential Marketing:
- Plan and execute innovative experiential marketing programs, such as Transport Excellence Awards, MPOWER training, plant visits, and product-specific roadshows.
- Strengthen the brand's emotional connect with key accounts through exclusive experiences like sponsorships, cricket matches, and customer-focused events.
- Build and manage a community-focused engagement strategy (e.g., Transporter Forums, stakeholder-specific initiatives) to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
Product Lifecycle Marketing:
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to support the digital lifecycle management of platforms and services, ensuring successful launches and market adoption.
- Provide insights and feedback from marketing initiatives to continuously refine digital products and services.
PR & Thought Leadership:
- Oversee public relations activities, ensuring consistent and impactful corporate communication.
- Strengthen relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Position the organization as a thought leader by driving participation in industry forums, conferences, and media platforms.
