About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead the marketing function for a leading commercial office portfolio. The role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, leasing support, and business growth across premium office assets. This is a leadership position requiring a strategic marketer with strong experience in branding, digital marketing, events, communications, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the commercial office portfolio.

- Prepare annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and budgets aligned with business objectives.

- Build and strengthen the brand positioning through integrated online and offline marketing initiatives.

- Lead creative development and production of marketing collaterals, brochures, presentations, videos, and other sales enablement materials.

- Drive digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns.

- Plan and execute project launches, customer engagement events, broker meets, leadership interactions, conferences, and corporate events.

- Manage advertising, PR, media relations, branding, and promotional campaigns.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to recommend innovative marketing initiatives.

- Manage marketing agencies, creative partners, digital vendors, and ensure effective utilization of budgets.

- Develop and implement marketing processes, SOPs, and performance metrics.

- Lead internal and external communication initiatives to strengthen brand reputation.

- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team while driving a culture of innovation and accountability.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute.

- 15+ years of experience in marketing, with significant exposure to:

1. Commercial Real Estate

2. Office Leasing

3. Hospitality

4. International Property Consultants (IPCs)

5. Branding / PR Agencies

- Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, events, and integrated marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and premium/luxury brand positioning.

- Experience managing agencies, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
