Must Haves

- BFSI / fintech / trading platform experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define and lead the integrated marketing strategy across performance, growth, brand, PR, and influencer marketing.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
- Align marketing goals with business growth, customer trust, and compliance priorities.
2. Performance & Growth Marketing
- Drive user acquisition and retention through SEO, SEM, paid ads, affiliates, remarketing.
- Optimize the customer funnel (awareness - activation - retention - advocacy).
- Experiment with new channels and analytics-driven growth levers.
3. Brand & Communication Leadership
- Build Rupeezy into a trusted and premium fintech brand.
- Own new product launches, media relations, and corporate communications.
- Lead large-scale brand campaigns across digital, TV, OTT, sports, and events.
4. Influencer & Community Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and thought leaders to build trust and scale awareness.
- Establish long-term influencer partnerships and agency collaborations.
- Design innovative influencer-led campaigns to boost acquisition and engagement.
5. Customer & Market Insights
- Deeply understand customer personas and behaviors to shape campaigns.
- Conduct regular competitive and market research.
- Develop cross-sell and upsell strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Areas of Performance (AOP) with KPIs
1. Growth & Performance Marketing
AOP: Deliver measurable growth with efficient CAC/LTV.
KPIs:
- 30 days: Audit performance channels and funnel metrics.
- 60 days: Optimize top 3 channels with - 15% improvement in conversion.
- 90 days: Reduce CAC by 10% while improving retention.
2. Brand & Product Marketing
AOP: Establish Rupeezy as a category leader.
KPIs:
- 30 days: Refresh brand guidelines and positioning.
- 60 days: Launch 1 integrated brand campaign.
- 90 days: Achieve >20% uplift in brand recall and engagement metrics.
3. Influencer & Community Marketing
AOP: Build a strong influencer ecosystem.
KPIs:
- 30 days: Identify and onboard 10+ fintech-relevant influencers.
- 60 days: Launch 2 influencer-led campaigns.
- 90 days: Deliver measurable uplift in acquisition and awareness from influencer activity.
4. Product Launches & PR
AOP: Ensure impactful product GTMs and visibility.
KPIs:
- 30 days: Define GTM playbook.
- 60 days: Launch at least 1 product with 360- marketing support.
- 90 days: Deliver >25% adoption among target customers.
