Head of Marketing
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (In-office, 6 days/week)
Compensation: - 24 - 36 LPA + Attractive ESOPs

We are pioneering immersive spiritual tourism with a VR-led spiritual platform that blends technology, culture, and devotion to deliver a deeply engaging spiritual app experience. We are currently entering a rapid expansion phase to capture the Indian market, driven by a surge in spiritual tourism and digital content consumption. We aim to deliver a deeply engaging spiritual app experience through VR darshans, micro-dramas, and curated spiritual content.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the 0-to-1 and 1-to-10 growth journey for our app. You will own the entire marketing function-from performance marketing and ad creative strategy to brand positioning-with a singular focus on scaling revenue and acquiring high-intent users in the spiritual microdrama space, working closely with the founders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Scale-Up: Take full ownership of revenue targets, scaling monthly revenue from scratch to - 1 Cr - 2 Cr+ through aggressive user acquisition and conversion strategies.
- Performance Marketing Command: execute and optimize high-budget campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (UAC), and YouTube to drive App Installs (CPI) and Subscriptions (ROAS).
- Creative Strategy & Direction: Act as the creative director for performance ads. Write compelling hooks/scripts and direct the design/video team to produce high-converting video creatives that resonate with the spiritual audience.
- Funnel Optimization: Work closely with the Product team to reduce CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and increase LTV (Lifetime Value) by optimizing the user journey from Ad Click - Install - Subscription.
- Data & Attribution: Set up and monitor attribution tools (like AppsFlyer/Adjust) to track every rupee spent and ensure marketing efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years in Marketing with at least 2+ years leading growth for B2C Apps, D2C E-commerce, or OTT/Gaming platforms.
- Proven Track Record: Mandatory experience of scaling monthly revenue to - 1 Cr+ or ad spends to - 10L - 20L/month with positive unit economics.
- Channel Expertise: Hands-on mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads. You should know the algorithms inside out.
- Creative Direction: Strong ability to conceptualize "hook-based" video ads and direct editors/designers. You understand what makes a user stop scrolling.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) to derive insights from data.
Good To Have:
- Experience in the Spiritual, Astrological, or Travel domains.
- Knowledge of Vernacular/Regional Marketing (Tier-2/Tier-3 India focus).
- Experience with Influencer Marketing and community building.
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools (CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage) for user retention.
