About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional to lead and drive end-to-end marketing for a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup. This is a high-impact role with complete ownership of the marketing function, working closely with the founder to build and scale growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end marketing strategy and execution
- Build and scale demand generation and lead generation funnels
- Lead performance marketing initiatives across digital channels
- Develop and strengthen brand positioning and messaging
- Work closely with sales and product teams to drive business growth
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI and conversions
- Set up and streamline marketing processes, tools, and reporting
- Build and manage external vendors/agencies or internal teams as needed
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS startups
- Currently working as a Head of Marketing or N-1 to CMO
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end marketing functions
- Strong understanding of growth, digital marketing, and demand generation
- Hands-on, execution-focused with a startup mindset
- Ability to work closely with founders and take ownership
Preferred Criteria:
- Based in or open to relocating to Gurgaon / Delhi NCR
- Experience in scaling marketing functions in early to growth-stage startups
- Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 15 days
