Role Overview:
This role is designed for someone who can balance brand building with performance marketing, strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and storytelling with growth-driving initiatives.
You will shape the brand communicates its value to enterprises, support business expansion into new geographies, and drive meaningful engagement with customers and partners. This is a critical leadership role that works closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Positioning & Brand Narrative:
- Define and elevate the company's positioning across India and Southeast Asia.
- Own and evolve the brand voice, visual storytelling, and key narratives that reflect our product innovation and customer-centricity.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
- Lead end-to-end campaign strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels-driving awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Build high-impact programs across LinkedIn, search, and content marketing to reach enterprise buyers and influencers.
Go-to-Market & Regional Enablement:
- Partner with Sales and Partnerships to support expansion in new markets with localized GTM strategies.
- Develop messaging frameworks, sales collateral, pitch decks, and playbooks tailored to different customer segments and regions.
Customer & Partner Marketing:
- Build advocacy and engagement programs to strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate on creating strategic customer communications, product updates, case studies, and partner enablement material.
Innovation & Thought Leadership:
- Embed AI-driven thinking into marketing campaigns and product storytelling.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and host regular marketing and cross-functional innovation sessions.
Operational Excellence:
- Create a culture of data-informed decisions, continuous feedback, and alignment with broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure processes, tools, and reporting systems (e.g., HubSpot, Read.ai) support growth and scale.
Who You Are:
- A strategic, creative, and curious marketing leader with 12+ years in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Someone who understands both the art of storytelling and the science of lead generation.
- Collaborative by nature and comfortable working cross-functionally with senior leaders, sales teams, and external partners.
- A strong communicator who brings clarity, energy, and direction to messaging and initiatives.
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments and building structure where needed.
