Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to drive B2B marketing, market expansion, distributor development, demand generation, and customer acquisition in the industrial chocolate business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies.

- Drive market expansion, distributor growth, and customer acquisition.

- Lead digital marketing, trade marketing, exhibitions, and customer engagement.

- Strengthen brand positioning and product marketing.

- Coordinate with Sales, R&D, and Applications teams.

- Monitor market trends, competitors, and marketing performance.

Preferred Industry: Chocolate, Cocoa, Bakery Ingredients, Food Ingredients, Confectionery, FMCG, Dairy, or HoReCa.

Candidate Profile:

- 10 - 15+ years of relevant marketing experience.

- Strong B2B marketing and channel development expertise.

- Proven track record in market expansion and business growth.

- Excellent commercial, strategic, and leadership skills.
