JOB PURPOSE- to lead and integrate the marketing efforts for the businesses

Location , Pune

Role - "Roles & Responsibility:

- Brand Marketing focused on B2C Industry -Marketing Head for Auto busnesses Execute customer-focused marketing strategies to drive brand equity and growth.

- Lead digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and performance campaigns.

- Run integrated ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns with creative and media partners.

- Build brand connect through co-branding and storytelling initiatives.

- Drive customer loyalty via events, roadshows, and experiential programs.

- Support product teams in digital launches and market adoption.

- Manage PR and media to enhance visibility and industry positioning. -We do not require person from Product marketing -Should be a senior level person"

- Education- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred.

- Skills Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred.

Additional tools:

- Eligibility Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred(Full Time).

- Experience / Age - 14- 18 Years experience

- Industry Preferred- Commercial Vehicles, Lubricants or Tyre industry - Open Industry, B2C focused

Reports to - CMO

Reportees - 6 (Direct - 4 nos - 3 brand heads and 1 digital head )

Job Location- Pune
