Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to position the company as a leader in the global BPO space, focused on demand generation, brand visibility and market share growth.
Brand Management:
- Build and enhance the brand identity across digital and traditional channels. Ensure consistent messaging that resonates with BPO buyers across geographies and industries.
Lead Generation & Campaigns:
- Design and run performance-driven marketing campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, events) to generate qualified leads for sales teams across verticals like customer support, finance & accounting, healthcare and ITES.
Digital Marketing & SEO:
- Oversee website performance, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and digital engagement metrics to drive inbound traffic and improve lead conversion rates.
Content & Thought Leadership:
- Lead the creation of high-impact content white papers, case studies, blogs, and presentations that showcase the companys BPO expertise, success stories and innovation in outsourcing models.
Market Intelligence & Positioning:
- Analyze competitor strategies, market trends, and buyer behavior to refine messaging, service positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate closely with the business development team to create pitch decks, collateral and client-facing materials that support the sales cycle and strengthen the value proposition.
Events & Partnerships:
Plan and execute participation in global BPO expos, trade shows, webinars and industry forums. Build partnerships with research firms and analysts to gain visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 12+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the BPO or outsourcing industry
- Strong understanding of BPO services, customer acquisition lifecycle, and global outsourcing trends
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive growth and measurable ROI
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent storytelling, content development, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing decisions
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and international marketing initiatives
