Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Strategy:
- Build the brand presence from the drawing board stage, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Identify and evaluate new markets, distribution opportunities, and retail expansion prospects.
Channel Distribution Management:
- Define distributor agreements, performance benchmarks, and incentive structures.
- Monitor distributor performance to ensure product availability, visibility, and timely replenishment.
Retail Operations Management:
- Drive sales performance through innovative merchandising, promotions, and in-store visibility.
- Develop standard operating procedures for retail operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Sales Force Leadership:
- Implement structured sales monitoring, reporting, and performance review mechanisms.
- Motivate and mentor the sales force to maximize productivity and territory penetration.
Marketing & Brand Development:
- Manage pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies to ensure competitive advantage.
- Leverage digital and on-ground channels to enhance customer reach and engagement.
Performance & Compliance:
- Maintain compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and ethical business practices.
- Provide regular MIS, forecasting, and market intelligence reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 1218 years of progressive experience in Sales, Distribution, and Retail in Textiles, Apparels , Garments Industry. Highly preferred from Innerwear / Casualwear / Loungewear / Lingerie products.
- Strong track record of setting up or scaling businesses from early stages will be an advantage.
