Head of Marketing & Growth
Job Description:
The Head of Marketing & Growth is the strategic and creative force driving brand, growth, and revenue enablement across both B2C and B2B ecosystems.
You'll own the full marketing charter - from brand positioning and storytelling to demand generation, automation, analytics, and monetization.
This is a leadership role for a visionary marketer who blends creative storytelling with data-driven strategy to translate ambition into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy, Leadership & Revenue Enablement
- Define and execute the integrated marketing and revenue enablement strategy across B2C and B2B verticals.
- Align marketing objectives directly to revenue goals, funnel velocity, and conversion growth.
- Own the annual and quarterly marketing roadmap with performance-linked OKRs.
- Build, mentor, and scale a cross-functional marketing organization (brand, digital, content, analytics, automation).
- Manage marketing budgets with ROI and revenue attribution accountability.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to align go-to-market initiatives for measurable business impact.
2. B2C Marketing - User Growth, Conversion & Retention
- Drive user acquisition and revenue growth for Upskilling, Mentorship, and Job Programs.
- Lead omni-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, SEO, influencer) for scalable growth.
- Build automated nurturing and conversion workflows through CRM and MarTech stacks.
- Design retention, re-engagement, and referral loops to maximize LTV and repeat participation.
- Optimize lead-to-revenue conversion using continuous data insights.
3. B2B Marketing - Employer, Partner & Revenue Growth
- Develop lead generation funnels for Recruitment Platform, Job Fairs, Hiring Challenges, and Partnerships.
- Build and execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies targeting HR, L&D, and corporate stakeholders.
- Manage strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives to drive pipeline and partnership revenue.
- Lead employer branding campaigns and corporate storytelling.
4. Brand, Communication & Positioning
- Define, evolve, and protect Impacteers' brand narrative and voice.
- Build consistent brand identity and storytelling across digital, video, and content assets.
- Lead creative campaigns that highlight learner success, mentorship, and impact stories.
- Oversee media, PR, and brand partnership initiatives for visibility and authority.
5. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Own multi-channel digital performance - Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic.
- Optimize performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS) with real-time analytics.
- Build attribution models connecting marketing spend to revenue outcomes.
- Manage retargeting, remarketing, and influencer campaigns.
6. Social Media & Community Marketing
- Drive organic engagement and brand visibility across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Build engagement programs - webinars, AMAs, reels, challenges, mentorship features.
- Amplify community-driven content and UGC for authenticity.
- Integrate social listening insights into engagement and retention strategies.
7. Content, SEO & Creative Direction
- Supervise content marketing - blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, success stories, case studies.
- Lead SEO & ASO strategies to increase organic reach and keyword dominance.
- Build thought-leadership content aligned with brand and sales narratives.
- Guide creative teams in video storytelling, visual design, and campaign production.
8. MarTech, Automation & Analytics
- Architect and manage the marketing technology stack (CRM, automation, analytics).
- Implement end-to-end marketing automation workflows - lead scoring, drip campaigns, funnel triggers.
- Tools may include MoEngage, CleverTap, GA4, Salesforce, Metabase, MS Clarity, n8n, etc.
9. Data, Insights & Optimization
- Establish marketing performance dashboards with real-time revenue metrics.
- Track key data points: MAU, DAU, CAC, LTV, retention, conversion velocity.
- Conduct funnel analysis, A/B tests, and campaign audits.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for growth and monetization.
10. Leadership, Collaboration & Culture
- Mentor, coach, and upskill marketing team members across all functions.
- Foster a data-driven, creative, and outcome-oriented culture.
- Collaborate with Founders, CXO Office, and BI teams for strategic planning and execution.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue Enablement: Lead-to-enrollment conversion %, marketing-influenced revenue, ROI on spend.
- User Growth: Acquisition velocity, DAU/MAU ratio, retention uplift.
- Funnel Efficiency: CPL, CAC, LTV, conversion rate improvements.
- Brand Impact: Awareness, share of voice, engagement.
- Automation Efficiency: % workflows automated, manual effort reduced.
- Organic Reach: SEO ranking, inbound traffic, and engagement growth.
Qualifications & Preferences:
- 8-14 years of marketing leadership experience in EdTech, SaaS, or CareerTech.
- Proven record in revenue-focused marketing and funnel optimization.
- Deep expertise in B2B & B2C strategy, analytics, and automation ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube Ads, and tools like MoEngage, CleverTap, GA4, Salesforce, Metabase, MS Clarity, n8n, etc.
- Strong leadership, communication, and creative judgment.
- Strategic thinker with operational excellence and business acumen.
