About the Role

- Lead the end-to-end marketing and brand strategy for medical devices portfolio.

- This role drives market growth, product positioning, and customer engagement through data-driven strategies and innovative brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing, brand, and go-to-market strategies to achieve business goals.

- Lead product launches, lifecycle management, and campaign execution across markets.

- Drive market research, competitive intelligence, and portfolio positioning.

- Build brand visibility through KOL engagement, digital marketing, and medical communications.

- Collaborate with Sales, Regulatory, Clinical, and R&D to align business objectives.

- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Life Sciences graduate with strong business acumen.

- 15-20 years experience in marketing, brand management, or strategy within medical devices/diagnostics/healthcare.

- Proven track record in product launches, brand building, and growth strategy.

- Strong understanding of clinical and regulatory environments.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
