Head - Marketing Analytics
Key Responsibilities : - Develop and execute the overall marketing analytics strategy, aligning it with business objectives and marketing goals, to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, to enhance their skills and maximize their contribution.
- Design and implement advanced analytical models, including Market Mix Modeling (MMM) and attribution modeling, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize media spend for improved ROI.
- Conduct in-depth pricing analytics to identify optimal pricing strategies, considering market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer behavior, to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to marketing stakeholders, to track performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and finance, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support, to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
- Identify and evaluate new data sources and analytical tools, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices, to enhance the capabilities of the marketing analytics function.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner, presenting data-driven recommendations to influence marketing strategy and drive business outcomes.
Required Skillset : - Demonstrated expertise in Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Market Mix Modelling, and Pricing Analytics with 12-15 years of relevant experience.
- CPG/Retail/Pharma Industry exposure
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Deep understanding of marketing principles and practices, with the ability to apply analytical insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
