We are looking for an experienced Head Marketing to lead the marketing function for its MNT & New Business portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Sr. Vice President Sales & Marketing, responsible for driving brand strategy, product marketing, digital transformation, consumer insights, and market expansion.

We are looking for professionals who have:

- Led Marketing & Product Management functions at a leadership level.

- Strong experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, GTM Strategy & Portfolio Management.

- Expertise in Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights, Market Research & Marketing Analytics.

- Managed large marketing budgets and integrated marketing campaigns.

- Successfully led and mentored high-performing marketing teams.

- Exposure to Building Materials, Paints or FMCG industry is highly preferred.

- MBA in Marketing/Business Administration preferred.
