Description:
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for driving the companys overall marketing strategy to accelerate business growth, brand positioning, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
This role requires a strategic leader with strong execution capabilities, deep market insight, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Own brand positioning, value proposition, and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive long-term growth through market expansion, new product launches, and innovation.
- Partner with sales and product teams to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Define customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle strategies.
- Track and optimize ROI on marketing investments.
- Build and strengthen brand equity across digital, offline, and PR channels.
- Oversee messaging, content strategy, and corporate communications.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Lead demand generation, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, and marketing automation.
- Analyze campaign performance using data and insights to drive optimization.
- Leverage customer data and analytics to improve targeting and personalization.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Set KPIs, performance metrics, and development plans.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
