About the Role:
We are looking for a visionary Head of Marketing who has successfully navigated the journey from early-stage startup to hyper-growth at a large consumer brand. This is a role for a buildersomeone who thrives in high-velocity environments and possesses the strategic depth to shape consumer behavior and create sustainable demand.
As the Head of Marketing, you will take end-to-end ownership of our brand, growth, performance, and lifecycle marketing. Your mission is to drive user acquisition, deepen engagement, and cement our long-term brand equity in the market.
What You Will Own:
1. Consumer Growth at Scale
- Acquisition Engine: Build and scale high-velocity acquisition channels across Meta, Google, YouTube, influencer networks, and offline activations.
- Unit Economics: Maintain deep ownership of CAC, LTV, cohort analysis, and retention metrics.
- Predictable Scaling: Transition the brand from thousands to millions of users while maintaining healthy unit economics and sustainable growth loops.
2. Brand Strategy & Identity
- Market Positioning: Carve out a distinct, "mass-appeal yet premium" brand identity in a competitive landscape.
- Integrated Campaigns: Lead large-scale brand launches and "cultural moments" across digital and ATL channels.
- Brand Sentiment: Foster long-term trust and "brand love" among both our end-users and our creator community.
3. Creator-Led & Community Marketing
- Virality Engines: Leverage creators as primary growth channels, building robust referral loops and ambassador programs.
- Advocacy: Design strategies that turn creators into long-term brand advocates rather than just transactional partners.
4. Leadership & Strategic Rigor
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-caliber marketing organization across performance, brand, content, and CRM.
- Data-Driven Culture: Establish rigorous growth rituals, dashboards, and performance reviews to ensure every dollar spent is optimized.
- Founder Partnership: Work directly with the founders to influence market expansion strategies and the overall company roadmap.
What We Are Looking For:
- The Growth Track Record: You have played a pivotal role in the 01 or 110 phase of a successful consumer startup.
- Marketplace Experience: Strong preference for candidates who understand the nuances of two-sided platforms (supply and demand).
- Iconic Brand Building: Experience creating "talked-about" brand moments, specifically within the Indian consumer market.
- Analytical Depth: You are obsessed with data but possess a strong "product sense" to understand why the numbers are moving.
