- We are looking for a strategic, visionary, and execution-focused Head of Marketing to lead an Indian Designer brand's marketing, digital presence, and communication strategy.

- This role demands a strong leader who understands design aesthetics, customer psychology, and brand storytelling.

- You will oversee the marketing team, shape brand identity, and drive growth across both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the brand's goals, collections, and business calendar.

- Define brand positioning, tone, and communication guidelines across all platforms.

- Lead the marketing team across digital, content, performance, PR, and event.

Brand Building:

- Drive creative storytelling, campaigns, and seasonal narratives that strengthen brand image.

- Ensure consistent and premium brand presence across website, social media, packaging, advertising, and physical spaces.

- Monitor competitor positioning and ensure brand differentiation in the market.

Digital & Performance Marketing:

- Oversee paid campaigns (influencer marketing) and ensure optimal ROI.

- Develop strategies for growth via e-commerce, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.

- Leverage analytics and data to refine targeting, content, and user journeys.

Content & Communication:

- Guide the development of brand content including lookbooks, campaign videos, social posts, newsletters, and press kits.

- Lead PR strategy, including media outreach, brand placements, and collaboration tie- ups.


Customer Experience & Loyalty:

- Ensure the brand's tone and value are reflected in every customer touchpoint.

- Design loyalty and engagement strategies to retain and convert customers.

- Analyze customer insights and trends to drive product and marketing decisions.

Team Management & Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Lead, mentor, and grow the internal marketing team and external agency partners.

- Work closely with design, e-commerce, sales, and product teams to align on campaigns and go-to-market plans.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion/Lifestyle Management, or related field.

- 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience in building and scaling premium/luxury/lifestyle brands.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign execution, and brand strategy.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

- Passion for design, aesthetics, and creative storytelling.

Preferred:

- Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or design-oriented brands.

- Network of PR/media/influencer contacts in the design or fashion space.
