Role Overview:
The Head of Marketing (All Brands) will lead the strategic and operational marketing initiatives for the organizations portfolio of brands. This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with deep experience in hospitality, retail, or restaurant sectors, capable of driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. The role also includes pan-India travel and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and monitor the monthly and annual marketing budgets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the in-house marketing team, creative designers, digital team, and PR agencies.
- Ensure high-quality performance and output across digital marketing, content marketing, and brand activities.
- Build and sustain strong brand visibility across all online and offline channels.
- Oversee content marketing including blogs, videos, ads, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, SEO/SEM, and social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other channels.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics including traffic, conversions, attribution, ROI, and lead/pipeline growth.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on all marketing campaigns.
- Support the sales team with marketing collaterals, presentations, product sheets, and other materials to improve conversions.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Plan and execute national-level marketing campaigns, brand activations, events, and promotional initiatives.
- Ensure competitor monitoring and market intelligence to guide brand positioning strategies.
- Strengthen PR visibility and media relations to enhance brand reputation.
Required Skillsets:
- Strong expertise in marketing strategy, brand management, and integrated marketing communications.
- Deep understanding of restaurant, hospitality, retail, or hotel industry dynamics.
- Proven leadership experience managing large cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, web analytics, and SEO/SEM.
- Strong understanding of social media ecosystems and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong budget management, financial planning, and reporting capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Creative thinking with the ability to conceptualize innovative campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple brand portfolios simultaneously with high accuracy.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 10-20 years of experience in marketing with at least 10 years in a managerial or head-level role.
- Experience in Restaurants, Hospitality, Hotels, or Retail is mandatory.
