The Opportunity: Architect of the Brand & Demand Engine

We are seeking a marketing leader who refuses to be siloed. This role is not just about managing channels or crafting campaigns. It is about orchestrating all market-facing activities to build a beloved brand while driving predictable and profitable demand.

As the Head of Marketing, you will be the steward of our market narrative and the architect of our revenue pipeline. You will define what we stand for, articulate our unique value to the world, and build a scalable engine that turns that narrative into sustainable business growth.

You will sit at the intersection of creativity, data, and business strategy, with a direct line of sight to the company's top-line goals.

Who You Are (The Profile)

We welcome leaders from brand, performance marketing, product marketing, or communications backgrounds. Your title is less important than your integrated mindset:

- You are a Full-Funnel Strategist: You see brand building and demand generation as two sides of the same coin. You know that a strong brand lowers acquisition costs, and quality demand builds the brand.

- You are a Storyteller with a Spreadsheet: You possess a creative vision to craft compelling narratives, but you are equally driven by data to measure their impact on pipeline, revenue, and market sentiment.

- You are the Voice of the Market: You have a deep, empathetic understanding of the customer, and you translate that into powerful positioning and messaging that resonates and converts.

- You are a Business Executive: You operate as a peer to the Heads of Sales and Product, contributing to overall business strategy, not just the marketing budget.

What You Will Do (The Mandate)

Your mission is to build and lead a modern marketing function that is both impactful and accountable. Your key outcomes will include:

- Define & Amplify the Brand: Craft and own the company's brand strategy, positioning, and narrative. Ensure it is consistently and powerfully expressed across all touchpoints.

- Orchestrate the Marketing Machine: Build and manage an integrated marketing plan spanning brand, content, digital, performance, product marketing, and communications.

- Drive Predictable Pipeline: Own the marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced revenue targets. Build a scalable, multi-channel demand engine that delivers a predictable flow of qualified leads and opportunities.

- Champion the Customer: Lead market and customer research to develop deep insights that inform everything from product roadmap to sales enablement.

- Lead with Data & Insight: Establish a clear marketing ROI framework. Move beyond vanity metrics to report on marketing's direct contribution to sales pipeline, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.

- Build & Inspire a Team: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and rigorous execution.

What You Bring (The Prerequisites)

- A Proven Track Record: 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple marketing functions (e.g., Brand, Digital, Product Marketing).

- A Portfolio of Impact: A demonstrable history of building brand equity and driving measurable revenue growth.

- You can point to campaigns, strategies, or initiatives you led that moved the needle.

- Integrated Marketing Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge across at least two core marketing disciplines (e.g., Brand Strategy & Performance Marketing; Product Marketing & Content Strategy) with a working knowledge of the full mix.

- Business and Financial Acumen: You are fluent in reading a P&L, managing multi-crore budgets, and understand the core drivers of a SaaS, D2C, or B2B business model.

- Exceptional Leadership & Storytelling: The ability to inspire your team, sell your vision to the executive team and board, and articulate complex ideas with simplicity and passion.
