1. Product Management & Price Positioning:

- Collaborate along with Group Product team to define the product road map for WH segment In India that is differentiated, innovative and backed with deep consumer Insights.


- Have a differentiated Product channel strategy which allows the company to gain right customers and market share in key channels and key segments.

- Keep abreast of market needs, consumer trends in India and worldwide, emerging technologies and ear to the ground through sales, services collaboration to ensure that new product launches meet consumer needs and help company meet their financial objectives.

- Deliver on premium Brand and price positioning across product and channels. Keep a close watch on price movements and opportunities to premiumise.

2. Brand Management:

- Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that strengthens positioning in the market.

- Shape brand guidelines-including visual identity, tone of voice, and value propositions-to ensure consistency across ATL, BTL, digital, PR, and in-store initiatives

- Execute Marketing budget efficiently to deliver on Brand mandate

- Work on the strategy incl Brand to deliver on company stated objectives

3. Demand Creation & Go-to-Market Execution:

- Develop a strong Influencer program for Architects, MEP consultants , Builders for emerging products like HP and premium WH range.

- Partner with the Sales organization (trade sales, modern trade, e-commerce) to develop channel-specific promotions which help us to sell right products and gain market share.

- Partner with sales and services team to create a program to influence key partners, retailers, shop boys, service technicians, electricians and plumbers etc.

4. Consumer & Market Insights:

- Commission and interpret qualitative and quantitative research (focus groups, surveys, ethnography, social listening) to uncover consumer pain points and potential product interventions.

- Track emerging market trends & technological strides, advise R&D/Group Product on investment priorities.

- Maintain competitive intelligence (pricing, product specs, after-sales service offerings, promotional strategies) to identify white spaces and develop counter measures.


5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Sales to align on quarterly/annual sales targets, pricing support, trade margins, and channel forecasts.

- Coordinate with Service/After-Sales teams to deliver on customer life cycle management, marketing spares and AMCs.

- Liaise with Finance to close various budgeting/forecast cycles, close pricing and marketing spend approvals etc.

- Engage with Supply Chain to ensure timely product availability, promotional stock requirements, and SKU rationalization based on sell-through analytics.

- Partner with Human Resources to recruit, mentor and engage a high-performance marketing
