Head - Market Research - Semiconductors/Electronics Sector

- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Market Research to lead our Syndicate Research vertical focused domains.

- This leadership role requires a strong background in syndicated market research, deep knowledge of semiconductor technologies, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact insights to clients across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Research Strategy & Delivery:

- Define and drive the strategic direction of the syndicated research portfolio in the Semiconductor & ICT vertical.

- Supervise creation and delivery of high-quality, data-driven, and forward-looking research reports and market forecasts.

- Ensure alignment of research methodology with global best practices and industry standards.

Thought Leadership:

- Identify emerging trends in semiconductors, electronics, 5G, IoT, cloud computing, and other ICT segments.

- Represent the organization at industry forums, webinars, and client presentations to establish domain expertise.

Client Engagement:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with global clients across semiconductor, ICT, and technology sectors.

- Lead client discussions and presentations, understand business needs, and deliver actionable insights.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of market research analysts and domain experts.

- Foster a collaborative, learning-driven environment focused on quality, innovation, and ownership.

- Identify skill gaps and plan capability-building programs.

Operational Excellence:

- Drive operational efficiency, standardization, and process improvement in research delivery.

- Ensure timely publishing of syndicated reports, maintaining high quality and relevance.

Key Requirements:

- 14+ years of total experience in market research, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

- Proven expertise in syndicated research, competitive intelligence, and primary/secondary methodologies.

- Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for executive-level clients.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and deliver under tight timelines.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project planning abilities.

- Prior experience in a market intelligence/research agency is a plus
