Head - Manufacturing Operations & Commercial

It is a leading player with a fully integrated PEB manufacturing setup catering to multiple industries

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall factory operations, including production, planning, fabrication, assembly, dispatch, and site coordination.

- Develop and implement systems and processes for manufacturing and ensure safety guidelines and quality benchmarks are adhered to.

- Drive capacity expansion, technology upgrades, automation, and process improvements.

- Coordinate with design/engineering teams

- Analyse bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to reduce cycle time.

- Lead execution of PEB projects from fabrication to site delivery.

- Timely dispatch, installation coordination, and client satisfaction.

- Oversee procurement of raw materials, consumables, and subcontracting works.

- Inventory control, warehouse management, and vendor evaluation.

- Quality Control during fabrication and execution.

- Ensure safety norms and statutory compliance.

- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams.

- Prepare and monitor operational budgets and KPIs.

- Ensure profitability through productivity enhancement and waste reduction.

- BE Mechanical/Industrial with 12+ years experience in steel structure/PEB is a must.

- Strong knowledge of PEB manufacturing and project execution is desired.

- Person must have worked as a Plant Manager or Head Plant Operations for 3+ years
