Head - Manufacturing Operations

The Head - Manufacturing Operations will be responsible for leading end-to-end manufacturing operations across plants, ensuring operational excellence, cost optimization, quality compliance, and scalability. The role involves driving productivity, process improvement, capacity expansion, and cross-functional alignment to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall manufacturing operations including production, planning, maintenance, quality, and safety

- Drive operational efficiency through lean manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Ensure achievement of production targets with optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials

- Oversee capacity planning, plant expansion, and greenfield/brownfield projects

- Implement robust SOPs, KPIs, and governance mechanisms across plants

- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, EHS, and quality standards

- Manage plant budgets, cost control, and productivity improvement initiatives

- Partner with supply chain, procurement, R&D, and commercial teams for seamless operations

- Lead, mentor, and build strong leadership teams across manufacturing units

- Drive digitalization and automation initiatives across manufacturing operations
