Required Qualifications:

- Degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a senior manufacturing management role, with at least 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations.

- Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and quality management systems, such as ISO certifications.

- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and best practices.

- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a high-performing manufacturing team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software systems.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Professional certifications, such as Certified Manufacturing Professional (CMP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), are a plus.
