Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Manufacturing to lead our large-scale production operations based in Noida. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration between production, supply chain, and quality assurance departments. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to define long-term operational roadmaps while mentoring site managers to drive high-performance cultures. Your leadership will directly impact our bottom line by optimizing throughput, reducing operational waste, and ensuring that our products consistently exceed global quality benchmarks, ultimately strengthening our market position and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct end-to-end manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met with maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Implement advanced process excellence frameworks to identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows across the shop floor.

- Champion a culture of rigorous quality control, ensuring all output adheres to international safety and regulatory standards.

- Manage capital expenditure and operational budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and high return on investment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in procurement and logistics to maintain an uninterrupted supply chain and inventory accuracy.

- Mentor and develop a diverse workforce, fostering a safe and inclusive environment that prioritizes professional growth and operational discipline.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, high-volume manufacturing environments with a focus on lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale organizational change and drive continuous improvement initiatives that yield measurable business outcomes.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams toward unified operational goals.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting complex data sets to make informed decisions regarding capacity planning and process optimization.

- A degree in Engineering or a related field, ideally complemented by an MBA from a premier institute, providing a solid foundation in both technical and business management.

- High degree of adaptability to an on-site work environment, with the resilience to manage high-pressure situations and evolving market demands in a fast-paced industrial setting.

- 12 - 18 years of progressive experience in manufacturing leadership roles, specifically within the industrial or consumer goods sectors.
