Head - Manufacturing - FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across all production facilities.

- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery commitments.

- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

- Drive operational efficiency, productivity enhancement, and capacity utilization

- Oversee production planning and scheduling in coordination with supply chain and demand planning teams.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times and increase throughput.

-Establish and maintain robust quality management systems.

- Drive cost reduction initiatives across manufacturing operations.

- Collaborate closely with procurement, supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams

- Lead and develop plant leadership teams across functions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, or related field).

- Experience managing large-scale manufacturing facilities and cross-functional teams.

- Strong exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, and operational excellence frameworks.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
