Description:

Looking for a candidate having experience in Manufacturing Excellence/Manufacturing Engineering.

Industry 4.0 Experience along with automotive exposure is must

Key responsibilities:

Drive business Excellence & Operational Efficiency:

- Responsible for developing and executing operational strategies to optimize manpower utilization, enhance quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Identify, prioritize, and manage key opportunities across operations using data-driven insights and a holistic, big-picture perspective to strengthen overall organizational performance.

- Lead and implement enterprise-wide business excellence frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to ensure sustenance across process efficiency and quality while delivering cost-effectiveness

- Translate business strategy into detailed execution plans and performance metrics across operational functions-Lead annual business planning for operation activities.

- Establish governance and KPIs to track operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives- Monitor and report progress on key strategic initiatives to executive leadership

Transformation & Change Management:

- Drive the adoption and integration of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, MES, AI/ML, advanced analytics, robotics, automation, digital twins) to modernize operations and enhance productivity.

- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to design and implement smart manufacturing and connected systems

- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, building business cases for scalable digital solutions that drive efficiency, agility, and competitive advantage.

- Lead upskilling of operations teams to support the transformation journey; build change capability across teams and ensure successful adoption of new tools and methodologies.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through structured change management and employee engagement.

Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration:

- Work closely with stakeholders in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Procurement and other departments to ensure strategic alignment and operational synergy.

- Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to align cross-functional initiatives and ensure execution readiness.
