The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end ME functions, drive process optimization, integrate new technologies (Industry 4.0), and ensure cost-effective, high-quality production. Exposure to electronics manufacturing is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Lead ME operations across production, quality, and R&D - Drive process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives - Implement new tech and automation strategies - Ensure regulatory, safety, and quality compliance - Mentor engineering teams and coordinate with suppliers Key Requirements: - Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering function, specifically within the Automotive Polymer (Plastic) Components Manufacturing Industry. - Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Automotive Polymer (Plastic) Components manufacturing process, materials, and machinery.
