Head - Manufacturing - Electro Minerals Plant

This role holder is accountable to the Business Head of the Electro Minerals Division for all manufacturing activities of the Division's plants in Kerala and Gujarat, including the operations of the mini-hydel power plant in Kerala. The job is to plan and achieve business plan volumes by effective and efficient utilisation of resources - people and physical assets.

- Ensure production of planned product volumes and to manage resources effectively and efficiently

- Co-ordinate of production and sales teams to ensure targets are met and coordination of all plant locations, day to day and medium term challenges

- Coordinate project activities of team and reviewing project plans

- Design and develop the Capex and EOR

- Monitor, manage and ensure adherence to Pollution Control requirements by leading interactions with the Heads of PCBs, internal teams and get clearances from the statutory bodies

- Interact with various statutory bodies and hold direct discussions in order to ensure all clearances needed for the factory

- Interface with colleagues in the industry on Industrial Relations (IR) and Labor related discussions, activities, negotiations

- Ensure compliance of all statutes applicable in factory and keep abreast of regulatory changes

- Maintain a good IR environment, continued good will and relationships
