Manufacturing Head
About:
- The Manufacturing head for International Operations will oversee the manufacturing process for the International locations (Manufacturing facilities outside India - Middle East and South East Asia ) ) and the Domestic Subsidiaries (5/6inIndia)
- The incumbent will be responsible for developing & implementing strategies to ensure optimal service, quality, cost control & process improvement across the units to aid the business performance.
- The incumbent will establish strategy & best practices for staff to ensure achievement of overall business objectives and work proactively with the product line management, engineering, service & other departments to incorporate best practices into the manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in manufacturing & senior operational roles managing multiple sites
- International manufacturing experience is preferred locations primarily Middle East and South East Asia
- Strong knowledge in manufacturing processes and quality assurance techniques
- Understanding of Batch manufacturing environment
- Strong Project Management skills
- Supply Chain Automation
