Sales & Business Development:
- P&L Ownership: Command and oversee the overall revenue, profit margins, and general financial health of the staff augmentation business unit.
- Market Expansion: Build and expand new enterprise accounts, uncover untapped market segments, and establish strategic business channels.
- Account Mining: Deepen existing corporate account relations to actively isolate cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- GTM Strategy: Design and implement robust Go-To-Market (GTM) pipelines, pricing matrix models, and commercial contracting frameworks.
- Executive Networking: Build and sustain long-term relationship pipelines with enterprise client stakeholders, Procurement heads, and C-suite entities.
Leadership & Culture:
- Team Mentorship: Inspire, guide, and manage a multidisciplinary, cross-functional workforce spanning Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, and Operations.
- Performance Culture: Cultivate a high-performance, metrics-driven environment with transparent tracking parameters and clear career paths.
- Internal Collaboration: Interface smoothly with internal corporate partners (HR, Finance, Legal) to ensure frictionless business enablement.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
- Revenue & Net Profit Targets: Consistent quarterly and annual achievement of division gross revenue and profitability targets.
- Fulfillment Rate & Turnaround: Minimize requirement-to-submittal SLA turnaround times while maximizing successful resource conversion metrics.
- Account Growth (Mining ROI): Measurable scale in active contractor counts and expanded revenue footprints within assigned enterprise accounts.
- Contractual Compliance & Retention: Zero breach incidents on legal compliance audits, MSAs, and labor standards, while maintaining top-tier consultant retention metrics.
TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience Requirements: 12+ years of overall professional experience, featuring at least 5+ years in an explicit executive leadership track within the Staff Augmentation / IT Staffing sector.
- Domain Expertise: Deep, verifiable mastery over the 360-degree staff augmentation ecosystem (Enterprise Sales pipelines, Talent Acquisition lifecycles, and operational delivery patterns).
- Commercial Acumen: Proven track record managing large-scale P&L accounts, competitive contractor pricing matrices, and master agreement negotiations.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional negotiation, articulation, and consultative communication skills to confidently interface with enterprise procurement departments and C-suite leaders.
- Academic Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a closely related field. An MBA from a premier institute is highly preferred.
