By identifying, acquiring, and rebranding these businesses under a unified brand umbrella, the company is rapidly scaling its footprint while maintaining capital efficiency and maximizing market reach. This inorganic growth model enables access to existing customer bases, trained talent, and prime locations-accelerating expansion across markets.
The Role:
As the company scales aggressively through acquisitions, it is hiring for a critical leadership role to drive this agenda. We are looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven professional to lead the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and integration of acquisitions across India.
This is a high-impact role that will work closely with and report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of acquisition targets including salon chains, independent salons, and retail beauty businesses across key cities
- Conduct financial, operational, and strategic due diligence on potential targets
- Lead deal structuring, valuation, and negotiations with promoters and business owners
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to refine acquisition strategy and prioritize opportunities
- Drive end-to-end transaction execution including term sheets, legal coordination, and closure
- Oversee post-acquisition integration and rebranding in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Develop relationships with business owners, brokers, and intermediaries in the ecosystem
- Track market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the beauty and wellness sector
Experience & Background:
- 8-12 years of experience with strong exposure to M&A, deal advisory, investment banking or corporate M&A teams.
- Background in boutique investment banking or M&A advisory, preferably within consumer/retail sectors
- Demonstrated experience in independently managing transactions end-to-end
- Experience working with founder-led or family-run businesses is highly preferred
- Prior exposure to retail or consumer-facing industries is a plus
