Urgent hiring for Head HR / Manger HR position for US based MNC & Tier 1 Automotive components manufacturing company in Gurgaon location.

Company: US based MNC & Tier 1 Automotive components manufacturing

Designation: Head HR / Manger HR

Location: Gurgaon/ Faridabad

Experience: 10-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Strategic HR, compliance with labor laws, Statutory, Industrial act, contract labor, assisting with performance management, and maintaining employee records

Qualification: MBA or Equivalent

Salary: As per company Norms

Core responsibilities:

Recruitment and onboarding:

- Write job descriptions and post vacancies.

- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.

- Manage the onboarding process and conduct new hire orientations.

- Handle exit interviews and paperwork.

Employee relations:

- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.

- Mediate conflicts and support team morale.

- Provide guidance on conduct, capability, and absence issues.

Compliance and policy:

- Ensure company adherence to labor laws and regulations.

- Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures.

- Maintain employee records and audit them for accuracy and compliance.

- File required reports, such as the EEO-1.

Compensation and benefits:

- Assist with administering health benefits, payroll, and compensation structures.

- Manage leave of absences, such as FMLA and short-term/long-term disability.

- Help with open enrollment periods for benefits.

Performance and development:

- Assist with performance management processes and employee appraisals.

- Support managers in addressing performance issues.

- Help create and implement employee development programs and training initiatives.

HRIS and reporting:

- Maintain and update the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

- Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover, absenteeism, and compliance data.

- Develop and maintain an affirmative action program
