Head/Manager - Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head - Finance to lead our finance team in the bedsheet and towel business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, managing financial planning, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Leadership:

- Provide strategic financial leadership to drive business growth and profitability.

- Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives.

2. Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.

3. Financial Management:

- Manage financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

2. Experience:15-20 years of experience in finance, with at least10 years in a leadership role.

3. Skills:

- Strong understanding of financial principles, including financial planning, analysis, and management.

- Experience with financial systems, including ERP software and financial modelling.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
