About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic B2B Sales Head / Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and expand our Digital Gift Voucher business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing enterprise-level partnerships, driving revenue growth, and leading end-to-end sales operations from hunting and pitching to closing and execution.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales leader with deep expertise in the Fintech, Payment Solutions, or Loyalty space, who can combine strategy with execution to scale B2B sales across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. B2B Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a robust B2B sales strategy targeting corporate clients and enterprise partners.
- Identify new industries, market segments, and business opportunities for digital gift voucher solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline through continuous lead generation and qualification.
2. Enterprise Sales Growth:
- Drive enterprise acquisition and retention to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate large-scale contracts and long-term partnerships with key corporate clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of customized solutions aligned with client needs and business goals.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
- Understand client requirements in-depth to offer tailored gifting, rewards, and loyalty solutions.
- Ensure post-sales satisfaction and client retention through continuous engagement and support.
4. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Generate actionable insights to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
5. Sales Funnel & Process Management:
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel, ensuring predictable and sustainable revenue growth.
- Track and report performance metrics using CRM tools for data-driven decision-making.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities and customer expectations.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive movements to enhance product offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in B2B and Enterprise Sales within Fintech, Payment, Loyalty, Gift Voucher, Retail, or E-commerce industries
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with analytical ability and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion
