Head - Management Information Systems - CA

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned MIS Head at the AGM/DGM/GM level to lead our Management Information Systems function. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, overseeing company-wide financial reporting, and implementing process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the MIS function across global and domestic operations.

- Develop business-wise MIS frameworks, dashboards, and analytical reports.

- Conduct financial & operational performance analysis to support strategic decisions.

- Drive automation of reporting processes using SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel.

- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of data across systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting workflows.

- Present KPIs, business scorecards, and insights to the CEO/Directors.

Candidate Requirements

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory.

- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in MIS, financial reporting, and analytics.

- At least 5 years of experience heading MIS in a mid-size manufacturing company (non-IT, non-banking).

- Strong knowledge of SAP, Power BI/Tableau, Advanced Excel.

- Sound understanding of Ind AS, IFRS, GST, and TDS compliance.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
